I like your new drawing, it's a very fun take on the Harley character, I love the contrasting shapes as well as the blowing of the bubbles (a neat idea).
Your Kung Fu is strong. I sense that you have learnt much and travelled far on the path of the Shotokan School of drawing... soon you will be ready to face... the Ancient One...
