The Major

Major Motoko Kusanagi from Ghost in the Shell. This is the Stand Alone Complex rendition in her action suit. Slightly more practical than the pink strapless deal with the leather jacket and thigh highs. But only slightly. And look! She can shoot left handed! I guess prosthetic bodies can be ambidextrous. Or maybe I just didn't think ahead before I drew it. I prefer the former to the latter.

Nice drawing, and tough angle! You got a cool blog here.

I always draw characters left handed by accident, but it's probably because I'm a lefty too.

Aye caramba! Wikid pose. And that's a very interesting post-it technique, by the way, did you invent that? Domo arigato.

First of all, you don't suck.

Secondly, I applaud you for tackling a tough angle and pulling it off quite nicely.

I am Brazilian design student and would like to take a doubt, you use photographic references? used to make a major?
