Final Fantasy X-2

Drawing this made me realize how much I strongly dislike unnecessarily overly detailed and complicated costumes. Jeez man! Practice some restraint! I mean really, she's wearing a bikini top and a mini skirt. What purpose could the scarf possibly be serving? Seriously! Anyway... You might be thinking: Hey, what's that large triangle of dead space toward the top of the page there, Lauren. To that I reply: How the hell should I know? What do I look like? Some sort of valid artist? This must be your first time seeing this blog.

Beautiful piece Lauren. I like how you've caught their personality from the game.

I'm like the piece Lauren, its looking good. Even though I'm not a fan of the characters. My favorite FF game was #6, or #3 here in the US.

This character designer really goes over the top with his designs. Everything from his giant shorts, fur lined leather jackets to his biki clad girls with scarves on.

Ha ha, Final fantasy and their clothes and hair that defy gravity. Their poses are quite nice, they look like they are going to go kick some butt.

Yep, that's all I look at the triangle dead space not the three lovely ladies you drew. Another awesome pic by Ms. Montgomery.

Did you ever see Advent Children, the CGI movie? The photo realistic style of the CGI makes the absurdity of the Final Fantasy costumes really look out of place.

Nice drawing though. They almost look plausible. :)
